Message Size

I have a .Pst with an email 42kb within the inbox.

I am able to track the mail by getting the item from within the folder and creating both the MapiMessage and the MailMessage.

How do i get the size of the Message?

I found a Mapi Property called PR_MESSAGE_SIZE but its wrong it says 15800.
