Hello, my team is working on an application that would connect to an exchange account and retrieve all of the emails. We know that Office365 works as well and we've also verified that. We've also experienced different behavior on Mac and Windows.
On Windows, it's a piece of cake to retrieve all of the mails (office365). However, on Mac, when retrieving the whole mailbox (office365, same account) we run into an error trying to retrieve the emails. Doing more research, we were able to narrow down that it has issue retrieving Conversation History from Exchange. Every time when we try to we would get couple of mails/messages and then it would fail. The number of retrieved emails/messages from the Conversation history varies each time. It is strange because we use the same code to retrieve mails from Windows and Mac, but on Windows it doesn't seem to have any problems. Also, exchange works fine.
Can someone please look into this issue?
