Exchange - Meeting Request Email and 'To' Property

Our QA team have filed a bug whereby retrieving meeting request emails using Aspose.Email 5.3.0.0, the 'To' property provides the list of optional recipients. The expectation is that 'To' provides the list of required recipients.

Is this a bug or intentional behavior? If intentional, is there a way to retrieve the required recipients?
