Wrong subject encoding

The attached MSG file was created by Aspose.Email 4.3.0.0. When using Aspose.Email 4.9.0.0 to read the MSG, subject field become unreadable due to wrong encoding. We found a temporary solution to bypass the problem by using MapiMessage to retrieve the correct subject field.
